Oh My Lawrence

This girl. For real, this girl right here. I'm pretty sure she is the ultimate role model for any and every girl in the whole world. She is beautiful and courageous and she's straight up real. To demonstrate, I browsed the web to find some pretty funny gifs and pictures of her all from the Oscars! (Stay tuned for my best dressed post coming soon!)

Before we get started though, I'd like to point out how gorgeous she was at the Oscars! She did the pixie cut right for red carpet with it slicked back and locked into place and kept her makeup light and simple. She exuded youthfulness once more by wearing the backwards necklace (maybe I'll do that in my next shoot!) and lastly... Here it comes... THE GOWN. Oh Dior you've done it again! Although she kept her youthful pieces (clutch, necklace, personality) her overall look had a matureness to it that I fell head-over-heels for and a lot of that has to do with the dress! The shape the dress creates is dire. I'm completely in love.

Anyway, on to why I love her so much via Oscar night GIFs and photos!

1. She enjoys playing hide and seek almost as much as I do.

2. She swats flies away like a boss... on live television... in front of millions.

3. She's not afraid of a fight. I mean hell, she won the Hunger Games.

4. She knows true humor when she sees it... or when she doesn't.

5. She gets embarrassed like you and me! Except she's still famous.

There you have it! My top five reasons I love JLaw just based on the Oscars.

I Always Feel Childish

She's on  a merry-go-round. Why? Because she feels like it, that's why. She's going to spin and spin and spin until her photographer makes her get off because her face has gone from her normal pallid pale to a ghastly green. She starts off so serious, but her childish demeanour always prevails in the end. What a smile.

ABOUT THE LOOK: I wanted to show you all some of my new clothes, but it was freezing the day we took these pictures. Actually, below freezing. Andrea went home with fingers so red a tomato would make fun of them and all I wanted was hot cocoa and a few thousand pounds of blankets on me. Anyway, I got this coat at Rue 21 for only $10 (I actually got two of them, wait for my next post!). I stole Andrea's jeans because they were dark colored and matched my coat, and lastly, I have on my good old boots I got for Christmas. I can't wait until warmer weather!

BLOOPERS: I told you all it was coooooold outside when we took these pictures! Well, every time I took a breath, a nice thick cloud protruded out of my mouth. I thought I'd be able to get the fog breath on camera, alas, it didn't show. So, use your imagination and pretend that there's a big bunch of fog coming out of my pie hole.

Gluttony Fake-Out

Models don't eat? It's a good thing she's to short. Give her a bag full of anything or a plate full of something, blink, and all that will be left is a crumb and a messy smile. Gluttony. Such a sin, yet, such a lifestyle.

ABOUT THE LOOK: So, here's the deal. I told you all that my friend and I are going to be doing our seven deadly sin photo shoot soon, but this isn't one. It's a fake out. We stopped by Walmart on the way to our shoot and, well... that is what I bought. I normally eat like this anyway. It's sad. So, this is just a pre-shoot and a gluttony fake-out. Enjoy and try not to be too disgusted with me afterwards. I have no shame.

A Little to Late for Skeletons

Halloween has passed but she's still here. She lurks. She spies. She waits. Her bones show through; the moon's lights casting shadows on her already sullen face. Midnight's passed and her pumpkin has disappeared. Someone smashed it. Figures. Oh well. She still has her white Chevy S10 pickup, full of old pizza, candy wrappers and clothes and makeup. It's time to return to being her usual self. It's time to return to human form.

Lavish Alice

You all know how I like me a good store. What you don't know is how I LOVE me an amazing, stylish, trendy online boutique! I recently discovered one too! Ladies and gals, if I may present Lavish Alice. Lavish Alice has amazing, staple pieces for fall and winter and, what I like most, they're affordable! If I had a million dollars, I'd blow it all on Lavish Alice (and best of all, I'd still have 99 thousand left because they're so reasonably priced!).
I'm not even really sure how to describe their clothing it's so unique, so why not give it to you straight from their site?
And it really is. Lavish Alice carries the type of clothing you want to wear if you're the type of person who describes your style as unqie, crazy and yet has a hint of sophistication. I was going to pick out a couple of my favorite pieces of theirs, but it turned into the giant list below! Check it out and tell me what you think about Alice in the Comments!

Lavish Alice has some of the most beautiful bralletes and some of the most unique leggings I've seen in stores yet. If you haven't checked out their store yet, you better do it because you're missing out!

Vampirish Part II

Why hello there. I see you are looking at pictures of me over the world wide web. Don't worry, I don't find it creepy. I did put them there for a reason. I put them there so people like you can see me.... Okay, I'm starting to creep myself out. I'm stopping that. Hi! I hope your day is going good. Mine didn't. I shut my hand in a golf cart door and made it bleed, I busted out a crappy 4 page paper, I'm sleep deprieved BUT I am able to write this oh-so marvelous post (Super Sarcasm!). Anyway, Stay tuned and follow my blooooog because I sense that there's another AH-mazing giveaway a brewing!

ABOUT THE LOOK: Well... Um... it's exactly what I said from VAMPIRISH PART I just... without my leather jacket protecting me from the harsh winds.... the end:)

FBI #1: Ebba Zingmark

FBI:
[eff-bee-i]
1. Federal Bureau of Investigation
2. Fashion Blogger Inspiration
After sending messages to my top favorite fashion bloggers, Ebba Zingmark was the first to get back to me and what a perfect FBI to start out with! I was origionally going to have a top 15 list, but I realized that many of these bloggers are working hard and don't have time to answer a lot of questionns that I needed for my top 15 chart. I most definately understand though, I mean it takes hours to take the photos then edit them, then come up with information to blog about and to keep up a site. Lucky though, I got permission to use some of Ebba's photos to share with you!

Check out Ebba's fashion blog here and read why I think she is unique and worthy of your pageviews below!

Firstly, let us begin with her general appearance
incredibally slender with big doe eyes and lips made for pouting...
or smiling! She does both because she isn't
just some fashion blogger gal who always has a blank stare and gaping mouth, this girl has personality and she let's it shine through her
clothes, hair styles and facial expressions!

And although her skin may be white as snow, her hair is definately not black as coal. Her firery, jet red hair has to be one of her signatures that everyone knows her by.

The picture above was from when Ebba first became a blogger and found a concrete wall that she decided would be the perfect background for her photos. She still called her blog Ebba's Photos when she took these, aka, she was even amazing "back in the day."

Something else I love about Ebba is the diversity in clothing that she wears and pulls off. She can wear a gorgeously designed dress with a jean jacket, a printed tee with a bright yellow skirt AND Ozzy glasses, and she can even style herself to look like a whimsical fairy in a crochet dress and flower headband. She decides what she wants to wear based off of her own disposition and what's trendy. Just look how each outfit is different; she jumps from style to style, while still keeping her own "Ebba essence." Check out the Film strip below to see how many different ways she can style her clothes!

You're going to want to check this girl out and keep a watch on her. With her sense of fashion, model-like pressnce and individuality, Ebba Zingmark is going to go places in whatever she sets her mind to.

*All pictures were taken from http://nyheter24.se/modette/ebbazingmark/ and used with permission from owner.*
*Each filmstrip was made by owner not by Caged In Clothes, so credit goes to owner for the lovliness of the filmstrips.*

Frosted in Spring

Ah Blue. There were blue skies out, blue-purple flowers in the background, I'm wearing two shades of blue and have blue eyeliner on. Oh, and I made blue lipstick. That was fun. And I'm on my roof! It's the first time I've ever been up there in my 17 years of living and I think I picked the most stupid time to climb up there. My parents were temporarily out of time and my sister was at her soccer game, AKA, it was just me. I have a neighbor though. Maybe if he heard a giant crash followed by intense screams of pain, he might have popped by.
Nevertheless, it was a beautiful day out and I had fun. Besides the fact that I went to check on the status of my RUE 21 application and I don't really think they want to hire me because I know a worker and it has to do with "Conflict of Interest" or something. I'd love to work there though:/ Do you think I'd be a good employee at RUE 21? Tell in the comments:P
And I'll get a few more pictures of them up soon, but let's talk about my shoes for a second or three. I made them myself. Not the actual shoe, no, but I decorated them and I had an idea! What if I design a lot of them and sell them. They wouldn't be like mine since they are for my Readers Theatre Group, but what do you think? Yes? No? Si? No?

Shorts: Rue 21
Everything else was gifted or handed down...
from my little sister...
